Registration details (name, email, school, grade, city, state, country), project information (title, category, abstract, mentor and coauthor names), uploaded files (paper, slides, optional supplementary file), your recorded presentation, and your oral defense video, audio, and transcript.

You can always see your own project. Judges see only the projects assigned to them, and only the fields administrators have chosen to reveal. Administrators can see all submissions in order to run the conference. No judge sees another judge's scores until an administrator releases them.

Your presentation and defense recordings are stored in private storage and are used solely for judging, award decisions, and integrity review. They are never published, shared, or used for marketing without explicit recording and public-display consent.

Where required by the conference, a parent or guardian must consent before a student records a presentation or completes an oral defense. Guardians may withdraw consent, which removes the student's project from judging and from any public display.

Your paper text, abstract, slide text, and presentation transcript are sent to a language model to generate oral-defense questions. This content is not used to train third-party models, and the AI never assigns scores or determines awards.

You may request a copy of your data, correct your registration details, or ask for your project and recordings to be deleted after the conference concludes by contacting the conference office.
